    Karaka Whips developed a synthetic whip that is great for beginners or people who don’t have the time to spend caring for a leather whip. These whips are designed for all weather conditions and are maintenance free. The lead-loaded thong is completely synthetic which means that it cannot rot or be broken easily. The synthetic whip can be washed with water and will work directly after even when wet, muddy or in snowy conditions.

    Stock whips are an Australian design that have a long stiff handle, which makes them easier to use on horseback.

    The native New Zealand timber handles are designed to fit all hand sizes comfortably and easily. These will crack every time with very little practice due to the synthetic lead-loaded twelve-plait thong.
